The recipes in this book were created by the famous Dutch patissier Jurgen Koens and his colleague chef Wouter Weststrate . We inspired them with our Sumsum products and gave them the freedom to let us taste what they think Sumsum fans deserve. The results were presented at Amsterdam Flavours, where chefs Mischa de Winter and Bernadette Evers-Grasveld served 3 other enchanting savoury & sweet dishes with the Sumsum Tahini and Halva.
