Tahini cookies. New recipe: Happy Birthday Sinterklaas :)

Delicious tahini cookies, a fun activity to do with your children, especially today- Happy Birthday Sinterklaas!

Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 & 1/2 blocks unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup tahini
1/2 cup of roasted sesame seeds

Instructions:
Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Beat the butter with sugar, and honey in a seperate bowl until you achieve a fluffy texture. Preheat your oven to 350° degrees, add tahini and continue to mix everything together until your dough is smooth and ready.
Roll out the dough, use the shape of your choice to create the perfect cookie cutouts, top them with sesame seeds and place on a baking sheet and into the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes until you get that beautiful golden brown color.
Let them cool for a little while, and serve.
